Young Adult Programs

Adult Programs at the JCC include classes, concerts, trips to shows, etc.

 

The Jewish community of Somerset, Hunterdon, and Warren Counties offers Jewish LIFE (Learning Is For Everyone) programs designed for people of all ages and at all stages of life. Jewish LIFE is sponsored by the Jewish Federation of Somerset, Hunterdon & Warren Counties and the Shimon and Sara Birnbaum JCC, and is presented in partnership with the Jewish Family Service of Somerset, Hunterdon & Warren Counties as well as all of the Synagogues and Chabad Houses.

Rutgers Jewish Film Festival presented by the Bildner Center for Jewish Life, held each year in October/November.

Young Jewish Leaders helps young Jewish adults (aged 25-45) connect with a broad range of educational, social, philanthropic, and leadership activities, to enhance their commitment and connection to the Jewish community. The program is an initiative of the Jewish Federation of Somerset, Hunterdon & Warren Counties.

The Institute for Holocaust & Genocide Studies at Raritan Valley Community College offers educational progams for educators, students, and the community. Through education and unique programming, the Institute - a collaboration between RVCC and the Jewish Federation of Hunterdon, Somerset, & Warren Counties - promotes tolerance, understanding, and compassion. The Center offers educational seminars, workshops, and presentations for students and teachers about the lessons learned from the Holocaust as well as genocides that continue today.
